MODE. ANTI-CHOCOLATE
Self-capture made in modular or custom-made panels, it is used in all farms thanks to its 3 available sizes:
- 60x42: Cows-bulls42x42: heifers-cows42x33: calves
Equipped with an anti-noise flap, it guarantees minimum noise and an anti-suffocation system; which allows the operator or the animal itself to free itself in the event of a bottleneck.
AGAINST. MARTINA
Self-locking made of modular or custom-made panels, welded and hot-dip galvanized.
This model is used among larger cattle with the 60x42 model and among smaller cattle with the 33x42 model.
Anti-suffocation system and rubber pads to ensure maximum silence
As an alternative to self-capturing, many farms find feeding barriers, i.e. horizontal pipes that run the entire length of the foraging lane.
In particular, we offer two types:
MOD. THE LADDER
This model generally composed of poles in IPE120 or HEA100 is composed of 1/2 fixed upper Ø60 tubes that act as a barrier, while a lower Ø60 6mm thick can be adjusted in height in such a way as to adapt to the herd.
In the absence of entrances to the box, all the tubes can be removed in order to have access to the box from the foraging lane.
MOD. ADJUSTABLE
This solution mounts IPE100 / 120 poles is composed of 1-2 fixed upper tubes of Ø42 and a lower one of Ø60 3mm thick. the lower tube can be adjusted in height by means of the brackets bolted to the posts.
This solution is cheaper, but also very resistant. It is used in boxes for calves, heifers but also for bulls, having the two upper tubes welded to the posts, making the barrier a very resistant single piece.
We produce gates and barriers of all sizes and shapes in order to satisfy any need.
Our gates are equipped with a tie rod for gate tensioning and, on request, they can have different characteristics. Some examples:

LEVEL PASSAGE GATES
They are vertically opening gates, thanks to their ease of use they are used in situations where there is little space and standard gates cannot be used, for example: crossings, separation boxes, etc.
PNEUMATIZED GATES
Pneumatically or mechanically operated gates are often used in loading / unloading areas, or in forced passages.
BLIND
This type of gates is used above all in the breeding of fattening cattle as being totally blind, the cattle cannot see each other between box to box.
The cladding can be done in sheet metal or with wooden planks.
SPECIAL
We are able to produce gates of any shape and size, here are some examples of special applications.
There is no ideal stable for all types, but solutions can be studied that suitably developed to meet your needs. The breeding of dairy cows offers many solutions: with fixed stalls, free on litter or with cubicles, the latter over the years has consolidated itself as the best solution as the animal lives a better life and consequently produces more milk.
The stables for breeding of this line can be made in different types: outdoors, indoors and semi-open. Depending on the system adopted, there will be different equipment and mechanizations; with the constant to allocate areas for mares, with attached boxes for calves and areas for recovery.
This type of stalls are used in non-intensive farms, for example farms in hilly or mountainous areas. The necessary equipment in this type of stables are: stalls, side-knockers, basins, mangers and blackboards.
Many of our jobs are carried out in old and shabby structures, but thanks to our great experience and knowledge of the products, we are able to turn an outdated and inefficient stable into a stable suitable for new needs.
